Strategy Session (in person)

Cancellation Policy

Payment: Payment for your strategy session in to be paid in full up front at time of booking to lock in your appointment. Rescheduling & Cancellation: Should you need to reschedule your session, please inform us at least 6hrs before your appointment time. You can reschedule via the website or we will be in touch to reschedule for you. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so and inform us at least 12hrs prior to your appointment. Cancellation prior to this time will see you receive a full refund. A 50% cancellation fee will be deducted for any last minute cancellations. We understand emergencies happen and family things pop up, so we will try to be as accommodating as possible while still valuing our team's time. Lateness / no show: Please be aware if you book an appointment and arrive late, our session will still end at the original planned time. If you don't show up to an appointment, with no prior communication, you will still be charged for the appointment.
