Booking Policy
Payment:
It is expected that payments are received in full at time of booking or as stated by in your invoice.

Rescheduling/Cancellations:
Should you need to reschedule a session, please inform us as early as possible or with at least 12 hours notice for photography sessions or within 6 hours for strategy sessions. Last minute cancellations will incur a cancellation fee.

If we need to reschedule a session due to illness, we will inform you 12-24 hours prior. Please be respectful of this decision (no one wants to spread or catch germs!).

Lateness/No show
Please note that if you are late to our session, we will still finish at the original end time to be respectful of our time and our other client's time. If you don't show up to a session with any prior communication, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

Social Media:
We love showcasing our work online as this helps us to grow our business, but we are respectful of our client's wishes if they do not want themselves or their family members to be visible on social media. Please advise us if you have prefer not to be on social media.

Respect:
It is expected that all clients will show respect at all times during sessions.
